Philadelphia Music Tours’s beginnings go all the way back to late 2017/early 2018 when Airbnb first launched “Experiences” in Philadelphia. After submitting our tour for review, we were featured as the 2nd experience photographed, approved and operating in Philly.

Next thing you know, we’re plastered all over Airbnb’s email newsletters and friends & family are messaging me…”Rob, is that you?”. I assured them it was my doppelgänger that I’ve been hunting down for years to no avail and that any leads or tips would be greatly appreciated.

After deciding to wrap up operations to pursue love into the next phase of life (halfway across the world), it sat on Airbnb “inactive” from 2019-present (early 2025) and got removed subsequently. Out of sight, out of mind. That was until late 2024 when it hit me during my first meditation session in nearly 5 years. I said, “…what the [hail] happened to Philadelphia Music Tours since? Did anyone else pick up the baton, etc.?”.

Lucky for me and you—no. No, they did not. The tours we offer now make the old experience look like a grade-school field trip. It’s a gift to be able to do these at a much higher level with a renewed passion. I believe in the beauty, mystery, and lessons embedded in these tours. I hope they inspire you creatively, spiritually, and most of all, leave you feeling just a little bit lighter and hopeful.
